First Giveaway!!!

Hey lovers! My breakfast was so delicious this morning that I just really wanted to show you! :-)

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Pancakes topped with Tropical Traditions Coconut Peanut Butter and a drizzle of maple syrup! So heavenly :-) I was inspired this morning by Katie's Chocolate-Chip Cookie Dough Pancakes so I just had to make something like it :-)

  • 1/4 cup Pamela's Baking and Pancake Mix
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp coconut extract
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Handful of chocolate chips
I've said it once and I'll say it again, Pamela's Baking Mix rocks my world! Everything I make with it tastes awesome.

Which is why.....I want YOU to try it! Since I have been experiencing so much goodness and abundance in my life, I wanted to share :-) So my first giveaway consists of a few of my favorite things. When I told Woody I wanted to give away my favorite things he said, "Well, you can't give ME away." Hehe...oh Woody :-)

So anyway, the first part of my giveaway is a 24 oz. package of Pamela's Baking and Pancake Mix.

Just a heads up to you vegans out there, while this is a gluten-free product, it is NOT vegan. It has buttermilk in it, which I actually wasn't aware of until I took a second look at the ingredient list. I don't eat very much dairy but I'm not vegan either, so I'm cool with it. Just wanted to let you guys know though!

The second part of my giveaway is something that I use constantly, every day of my life. I cook with it, bake with it, make body scrubs with it and moisturize with it. Introducing the lovely, tasty, magical and extremely versatile COCONUT OIL!

Yay for coconut oil! The next part of my giveaway is a very close relative of coconut oil which I also use almost every day. COCONUT BUTTER!

And last but certainly not least is my all-time favorite chocolate bar right now (x 2!)

Have you guys tried this yet? Holy moly, it's so frickin' good! That's why I had to include two of them. One is simply not enough :-)

So, there you have it my friends. Some of my favorite things (minus Woody.) Sorry. He's all mine. :-)

Here are the ways you can enter:

I'd love to make some muffins! I go to work early in the morning and it'd be very nice to have something to just grab and go. :)

Oh yum - your pancake breakfast looks seriously killer. What time should I plan on arriving tomorrow morning? ;)
I've been seriously dying to give some of your muffins a shot with your pam's baking mix! So any one of those are my vote. Or, of course, some pancakes or waffles :] Now that you've posted a picture of it, though; it looks familiar and I feel like I've seen it in my grocery store! I'll have to double check next time!
oh maaannn...those peanut butter muffins with salted almond dark chocolate are teasing me right now! love your recipes!
im drooling, luckily I have work off tomorrow so I can make these!!
Since I am vegan, I would give the baking mix to my non-vegan-but-gluten-free friend. I'm sure she would love it. I just looked at that mix at the store the other day after you raved so much about it and was sad to find out it was not vegan. Oh well. i would however, make good use of the coconut products and I have yet to try that flavor of chocolove and it sounds delicious!
aww what a great giveaway!__i would want to make your breakfast this morning because it looks incredible!
i followed you:)
Yummy Pancakes!!
I would most likely make pancakes since it is a favorite in out household :)

Strawberries are in season, so strawberry topped pancakes with whipped cream.
Your favourite things are so similar to mine! You are so lovely!!!

I think I would make some kind of pancake bake. I'm craving a baked puffy breakfast delight-- yum! And slather in it coconut butter oh babbby!

Oh my goodness, LOOK at those pancakes! I'd definitely start off making a nice batch of pancakes with the mix, maybe with some berries thrown in, but your muffin recipes would be coming very quickly after. They look SO good.
And I'm already a Twitter follower of yours, just tweeted the giveaway!
i lovee all things coconut so the coconut butter + oil will definitely be loved. i've never tried that baking mix, so that would be fun!
MMM those pancakes look so good! I would love to try making your peanut butter muffins with the salted almond dark chocolate suprise inside! Then I could use three of the prizes all in one! :) :)
My mouth is watering from those chocolate chip pancakes so I am positive that would be what I would try first..lol

i would make pancakes!! yum! and muffins. i get into a breakfast rut and tend to eat my go-to breakfast bakes, even on the weekends. i really want to start making your decadent looking(and tasting i'm sure!) pancakes on the weekends, a kind of ritual that would help me slow down and enjoy the most important meal of the day!
and coconut anything and everything is my latest obsession!! <3
I would be most excited to bake those chocolate chip pumpkin oat muffins. They look scrumptious! I've just started using coconut oil and love it! But I've never had coconut butter. How is it different? http://katcupcake.blogspot.com/
