Maple Cinnamon Fudge and Aphrodisiac Love Truffles

Good morning sweet loves! Happy new day! I hope you've all been having an awesome weekend :-) Aside from the fact that it's a dreary rainy day, it has been a most excellent morning! Especially because I had this beautiful man making music for me.

Yum :-)

Breakfast was a combo of these two cereals.

Topped with coconut milk, banana, blueberries and peanut butter.

Delish!

After breakfast, I grabbed my Yerba Mate and got to work on some delectable chocolate treats!

Here are the ingredients I busted out.

Maple Cinnamon Fudge

  • 1/2 cup coconut butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1 cup raw cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • pinch of sea salt
I just combined all the ingredients and warmed them in a double boiler until everything was all melty and mixed together. Then I poured it into a dish lined with waxed paper. I put it in the freezer for a half hour or so to cool. And then I removed the fudge from the waxed paper and cut it into small bite sized pieces. Ready to eat!

Yummy amazingness!

And now:

Aphrodisiac Love Truffles

  • 1/2 cup cocao butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut butter
  • 1/2 cup cocao powder
  • 1/2 cup carob powder
  • 1/4 cup maca powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp cinnamon creamed honey
  • pinch of salt

(This recipe is adapted from my sweet sista, Avery's recipe for her Raw Chocolate Goddess Truffles. Thanks for the recipe and the inspiration Aves!)

Mix together all the ingredients and warm them in a double boiler until they are "divinely combined" (as Avery says) :-) Remove from heat and allow to cool for a bit. Then when they feel cooled enough, roll them into perfectly bite sized balls and sprinkle with a little shredded coconut. Made with 100% PURE love <3

Now, I'm going to work-out, shower and get ready for my friend, Tessa's birthday shindig! If you're reading this, HAPPY BIRTHDAY TESSA! I love you gorgeous goddess <3 See you later!

Wow, you are just whipping out the amazing treats aren't you! Those chocolately desserts both look so so incredible. Heck even your bowl of cereal looks amazing. I've been wanting to try both of those kinds, my cereal stash needs updating!
